LAUNCH is pleased to announce that our CEO, Mike Guagenti, is a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year® 2018 Award for the Midwest region.
This prestigious award celebrates entrepreneurs who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses, recognizing them through regional, national and global awards programs in more than 145 cities worldwide.
Since 2013, Guagenti has led LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, one of the fastest growing staffing companies in the U.S. serving the commercial aviation industry, and many others. LAUNCH finds and places skilled technical workers and professionals in contract jobs and permanent positions in over 200 locations across the globe.

With a background in finance and investment banking, and driven by his passion for entrepreneurship, he’s managed and advised numerous companies throughout his career in the areas of business strategy, leadership, operations, marketing and finance, and has led several successful turnarounds and acquisitions. His formula for success is simple. “Surround yourself with the best people,” he says, “invest in them, and then let them do what they’re great at.”
