Recruiter
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recrutier for an opportunity in Arlington, TX.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting plans to find and identify the best talent resourses for the open positions.
- Work with hiring managers to develop and create job descriptions
- Create job requisitions in ATS
- Review candidates and disposition in ATS
- Screen candidates and present qualified applicants to hiring manager
- Develop and execute sourcing plans
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions in a timely manner
- Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting activity
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a technical and industrial environment
Required Skills:
- Experience recruiting for aerospace/defense company
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational & communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
