Avionics Technician
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Avionics Technician for an opportunity in Greenville, South Carolina.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Installs wire harnesses to include routing, terminations and continuity checks. Utilizes required tooling and equipment to perform these tasks..
- Performs modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience required.
- Must have C-130 and modification installation experience required
- Must have the minimum tools as required.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
