Inventory Clerk
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Inventory Clerk for an Aviation Production Falicity for an opportunity in Englewood, CO.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist field in issuing out expired inventory and in performing biennial and annual physical Inventory adjustments.
Assists in the maintenance of the inventory Parts Master in Ramco to accurately reflect current parts
• Modifies part classifications as required for procurement and repair as directed by the Senior Inventory Analyst
• Evaluation of Inventory for obsolete part.
• Performs other analysis as necessary.
• Job requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Accuracy and attention to detail a must
Individual must be flexible, being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
• Must have ability to effectively handle stressful situations.
• Job requires maintaining composure and maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Experience and Education – Minimum of 5 years’ experience as administrative assistant or office management. Inventory control experience preferred.
• Communication – Ability to communicate effectively to Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail or in person. Candidate must have ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Must be able to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work required to interface effectively with all levels of the company as well as external customers and regulatory agencies.
• Computer – Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Equipment and Environment: Computer, phone, fax, copier, calculator
