HR Generalist (Part Time/On Call)

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Part Time HR Generalist for an opportunity in Louisville, KY.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Generalists will perform various tasks on a warehouse environment, have interaction with customers and other parties, and use technology to enter data and produce reports.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Experience with customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
