LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Laborers for an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Laborers will assist the Component Technicians on the aircraft interior component overhaul process for commercial aircraft.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be able to follow direction.
• Must be reliable and report to work every scheduled day.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
