Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities:
User-facing LMS tasks: • Creating and maintaining LMS user accounts and assignment groups • Maintaining user curriculum assignments • Supporting user experience in LMS* • Supporting user experience in content, in accordance with testing and guidance* • Forcing completions and other actions related to user compliance * Support tasks would be from incident escalations

• Qualifications:
