Mobile Diesel Technician
1st Shift Mon-Fri - 7am to 4pmbut must be flexible due to travel
5 Years minimum exp.
Interview process: Phone and onsite.
Pay rate: $27-$34 ph
3k sign on bonus. $1,500 at 30 days and $1,500 at 180 days.
Relo – Conditional and depended on skill level and where they are coming from. This will be on a case by case basis to review.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes diagnostic tools (both manual and electronic) to assess and evaluate required service/repairs
- Provides diagnostic assessment of repair needs, based on experience
- Operates most machine shop tools and testing equipment
- Troubleshoots service/repair needs and performs necessary/required work in a timely fashion
- Is knowledgeable about commercial vehicle parts, components, and their installation, and can share this information with less experienced Technicians or apprentices
Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in truck repair & diagnosis
- Ability to read and write and comprehend written instructions and information
- Must have a valid driver's license - CDL B would be desirable, but must be willing to obtain Class B CDL

- Technical school graduate or suitable B Level Tech experience
- Proficient in computer and software operation
- Must have own tools
- State Inspection License & DOT Certificate a Plus
Must have own tools. non slip steel toe shoes and wear mask.
