Receiving Inspector
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Inspectors with experience inspecting aircraft components in Goodyear, AZ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspectors will inspect aircraft parts/components and materials in accordance with proper procedures, methods and operations in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures and requirements.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 3 years of aircraft inspection experience is preferred.
- Current A&P license required.
- Inspect all incoming parts and materials visually for external or hidden damage.
- Verify that tags or certifications are correct and meet applicable federal regulations.
- Verify that all sealants, adhesives and rubber goods are within manufacturers’ shelf life.
- Verify that all materials are properly packed and stored.
- Verify that all aircraft parts repaired or manufactured in-house conform to material, dimensional and functional specifications.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Director Quality Control/Chief Inspector.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
