Western Star Service Manager
Shift: 7:30AM-9PM Mon. - Fri.
Pay: $70-80k Salary

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Requirements:
Schedule and Oversee all Vehicle repairs in Western Star Service area
Lead 12-16 Vehicle Technicians
Work with Technicians to establish Repair Costs and relay that to “communication team” to get repair approval from customer.
Will often times have to communicate directly with Customers when more technical questions arise
Learn Warranty standards for represented products to streamline all repairs
Focus on Productivity, Repair Quality and Efficiency to ensure customers vehicles are repaired correctly and in a timely, expedited manner.
Oversee the closing of Repair Orders for monthly results
Build Relationships with existing customers and help the company grow with other customers.
Understand Elite Support (A Daimler Customer focused support mechanism) and oversee the implementation of repair and facility processes attached to Elite Support.
Participate in Corporate Leadership Meetings, monthly, and work with corporate coach when asked.
