CNC Machinist - Mill
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Machnist with 3 axis programming experience for an opportunity in Arlington, WA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The CNC Machinist is responsible for set-up and operation of 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce parts, tools, and fixtures. In addition, this position may be asked to support assembly of aircraft parts, fabrication of parts for other projects, and research and complete purchase requisitions for projects or material needs.
- Setup and operate CNC milling machine.
- Fabricate machined parts for aircraft tooling, models, components, and fixtures for aerospace programs
- Create and run CNC programs for the 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines and the router.
- Lathe experience would be a plus
- Assemble aircraft parts.
- Research and complete purchase requisitions for project and shop supplies.
- Fabricate warehouse projects/tooling using Welder.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 5+ years of CNC milling experience required.
- 3 axis programming experience required.
- Must have the minimum tools as required.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
