LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Account Specialist for an opportunity in San Diego, CA
The Customer Service Rep, Specialist works to resolve customer issues. Partners with customers to generate product and service orders, while providing expertise in resolving complex customer issues. Ensures compliance with Meggitt's guidelines, policies and procedures.
Job Core Responsibilities
• Serves as main point of contact for assigned customer accounts and understands customer requirements
• Handles internal quality and on-time-delivery (OTD) issues by coordinating and obtaining information from Quality, Supply Chain or Operations functions
• Ensures order books accuracy
• Assists with the generation of departmental reports and tracking against Key Performance Indicators
Job Specifications
Education : High School
Years Experience : 4 - 6 years or relevant experience
