Material Supervisor
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Material Supervisor candidates with for an opportunity in Burlington, WA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Materials Supervisor is responsible for Shipping, Inventory, Receiving and Kitting of Finished Goods and the daily processing of Inventory transactions in the ERP, including the posting of finished goods, release of raw materials and packaging. This position is responsible to investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain the Cycle Count program. The Materials Supervisor will monitor line efficiencies, scrap reports, and downtime logs through system generated reports and inventory files. Documentation must remain organized and accounted for at all times in this role. The Materials Supervisor will reconcile inventory at supporting warehouses, and complete close out and other assignments to support month end accounting. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, but works cohesively with all departments within the facility.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or related degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in professional Materials position(s) is desired. Minimum 3 years of Inventory Control experience preferred. Experience in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Basic math skills are necessary for the position.
Reasoning Ability
Strong Management and Team Building skills.
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills are necessary for the position. Knowledge of the inventory database used in an organization is helpful, but workers may learn on the job.
