Client Services Manager

LAUNCH offers competitive salary with weekly commissions and monthly bonuses based upon attainable goals. We offer an extensive training program.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide account management support for clients, primarily in Washington
  • Interface with the LAUNCH recruiting team to help prioritize client orders and educate the team on requirements
  • Provide a local resource for the LAUNCH HR team to help address employee related matters (e.g. payroll issues, disciplinary issues)
  • Provide a local resource for the LAUNCH Safety team to help address safety matters and workers compensation claims management
  • Coordinate with the sales department at LAUNCH HQ to open, close, and update all orders in the LAUNCH applicant tracking system
  • Perform sales administrative tasks as needed
  • Enhance business relationships with LAUNCH clients 
  • Self-starter who can drive accomplishments, with strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport for both internal staff and clients / customers 
  • High energy and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment
  • Strong influencing and reasoning skills
  • Ability to travel, both domestic and international
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills 
  • Meticulous approach to work with an eye for detail
  • Ability to maintain high-quality work and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Eagerness to learn about the aviation industry, sales process, and account management
