Billing Clerk
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Billing Clerk in Goodyear, Arizona.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for assigned areas relating to Billing functions. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly billing tasks and activities. This position must meet tight Billing deadlines.
- High volume billing with excellent Customer Service
- Prepare customer invoices for the GYR/Roswell MRO facilities
- Review and maintain A/R Aging, working on collection efforts, as needed
- Responsible for reviewing and provide accounting approval for new work orders
- Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues
- Support divisional Ad Hoc projects as needed
- Assist with timely reporting of all monthly/quarterly financial information, including but not limited to timely account reconciliations
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver accurate work product during busy periods.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred. High volume Billing related experience required.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices and all related legislation and regulation
- Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
