Shipping and Receiving Attendant
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Attendnant for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Shipping/Receving Clerks will perform various tasks on a warehouse environment, have interaction with customers and other parties, and use technology to arrange transportation and provide general support.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Basic forklift operator that is certified and familiar with warehouse/dock type equipment and loading/unloading rucks and is comfortable handling HAZMAT materials in drums, etc.
- Understanding of MSDS & Hazmat material handling procedures.
- Will also sort materials, forward receiving paperwork to proper channels, cycle counting, delivery materials to/from production areas.Experience coordinating and arranging shipping activities
- Experience in a warehouse environment unloading trucks
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
