1st Shift Mig and Tig Welders

Welders - 1st and 2nd Shift

LAUNCH is looking for a 2nd Shift Mig and Tig Welders for the facility in Hebron, Kentucky. This is a 4-month contract to direct role that pays up to $17/hour depending on experience.  Candidates will be responsible for performing various welding repairs and fabrications on cargo containers for airplanes.

• Entry Level Repair work, must be comfortable with hand tools & heavy work environment.
• Will also be doing sheet metal welding approximately 50% of the time.
• Must have welding certificate.
• Mig OR TIG Welding needed.
• No work on weekends
• Temperature controlled facility

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Entry Level Repair work,
• Will also be doing sheet metal welding approximately 50% of the time.
• Must have welding certificate.
• Mig Welding needed.
• Comfortable with using hand and power tools along with reading blueprints and schematics to help finish off assembly or fabrication.
• Must clear a Drug Test and Background check before starting.
