Receiving Clerk

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Receiving Clerks for a position in Arlington, WA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Receiving Clerk receives all incoming freight to the Company, generally excluding Raw Materials. The Receiving Clerk is also required to stage, wrap and load all production parts leaving the facility for Outside Processing (OP). These duties are managed and performed as directed by the specific requirements of the customer, within approval guidelines and procedures established by the Materials Manager.

• Load and unloads various types of trucks
• Unpacks, sorts, counts, receives, and inspects for damage all delivered goods against bills of lading, pack slips and purchase orders, prior to delivery to designated individuals or areas
• Routes paperwork to Purchasing for scheduling of Outside Processing (OP)
• Counts, tags, and packages parts for Outside Processing
• Maintains Outside Processing file
• Maintains various records and logs
• Uses a personal computer in a network environment to perform daily functions.
• Operates a forklift
• Uses hand and power tools
• Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and requirement:

• Experience in the use of hand and power tools such as hammer, drills, nail and staple guns, etc.
• Passing score on AMT Basic Math Test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of AMT aptitude test during interview process
• Approved training in forklift operation
• High school diploma
