Project Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager with experience with Change Management for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will assist in project business readiness tasks. Determine and develop ideal solutions for change management, communication and/or training. Assess organizational change readiness and develop, lead, and facilitate change preparation activities as required. Design and Develop change management, communication and/or training solutions based on analysis of system and end users. Identify end user performance problems related to IT systems and applications and perform analysis to identify potential factors causing performance gaps and determine solution or intervention that will best fill the gap. Evaluate vendor training programs, when needed. Participate with program managers and subject matter experts, during all phases of IT product development and implementation to ensure consideration of communication and education needs. Facilitate/instruct change management, communication or training information as needed. Evaluate existing training products in place for IT applications for effectiveness and modify as needed. Develop and deliver presentations to all levels of management. Post change management, communication or training material on departmental web site as needed. Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Project management and change management experience preferred
- Must be experienced and proficient in the use of MS Office product suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must possess excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Must be able to work on a team and independently to meet goals with time requirements.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
