Electrical Engineer

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Electrical Engineers for an opportunity in Marion, MA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Electrical Engineer with the potential of working with several different test devlopment teams. Successful candidate may be responsible for developing tests for Power Supplies, and responsible for developing Boundary Scan Tests for digital circuit card assemblies. Power supply test development will require test specification understanding, test fixture design and wire list creation, test program generation, and fixture and test program integration and debug. Fixture and program interface will be to a standard test station in most cases. Boundary scan development will involve working with the hardware design community on testability, generating boundary scan scripts and programs, and debugging the programs. Successful candidate may also work with Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) development team. This involves detail design and integration of OTPS tests. Candidate must have good communication skills, thrive in a team environment, and have working knowledge of common software packages (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Must enjoy being close to the hardware, programming, and interfacing with Test Technicians 

Qualifications and requirements:

• 4 year degree strongly preferred (BSEE)
• Experience in developing test processess
• Must have exntensive knowledge of circuit theory and programming- LabView, C and HPbasic V.
• Background familiarity with in-circuit test, AOI and Flying Probe programming.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
