Production Specialists

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Specialists for an opportunity in Marion, MA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemblers perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies

Qualifications and requirements:

• 3+ years soldering experience, leaded and lead-free

• IPC-A-610 and J-Std-001 Trained

• Component Identification Training

• Ability to build from Prints and Engineering Instructions.

• Ability to work independently

• Computer literate

• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
