CNC Operator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Operator for an opportunity in Newnan, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Production management, the CNC Operator wil operate CNC 3 axis and 5 axis mills, EDM, lathes and grinter machines in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications..
- 1 to 5 years' experience in CNC Machining.
- Experience machining superalloy (Inconel and Waspaloy) highly desirable.
- Must have experience machining tolerances <.001, inspecting own work against blueprint specs using a variety of measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, scales, thread gages, CMM, etc.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to client safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
