Plasma Spray Operator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Plasma Spray Operator for an opportunity in Newnan, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Production management, the Plasma Spray Operator will operate, program and maintain specialized thermal spray equipment in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications and performs part changeovers and execution of work according to product specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- 1-2 years experience with coatings of gas turbine components.
- Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and coating specifications.
- Operation and programming of CNC equipment or production robots.
- Handling of processing / masking fixtures and precision measurement equipment.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to client safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
