LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Metal Worker for an opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the direction of Production management, the Metal Worker will braze and deburr part marking and mask for shot peen or machining Inspection using visual or dimensional techniques.

• Previous light and medium industrial experience preferred.
• Must pass the Basic Fundamentals test within thirty (30) days of employment start date.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and good vision.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions and instructions.
• Ability to accurately interpret blueprints and/or work in-process documents.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to client safety procedures and regulations.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
