Diesel Technician - Worcester, MA
Contract to Hire
Shift: 1st shift- 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.

Pay: $22-$26 P/H DOE
Total # Needed = 1

The Drop Yard Tech works in a drop yard which is mainly outside work and may not have a covering or shed.

Based on weather conditions Service Manager will determine if required to work.

Looking for experience minimum 2+ years experience. Someone with strong diagnostic experience.

The bonus payout for Worcester ($5,000) only is below: Please keep in mind this is after the applicant converts to a FT with Employee.

6 Months $1000
9 Months $1000
12 Months $1000
18 Months $1000

Will be doing general repairs for tractors and trailers at a drop yard.

75% Trailer repair
25% Tractor repair

Vehicles: Volvo, International, Cummins, Detroit Diesel.

Light Mechanical
Electrical work/fixing lights,
No oil changes performed at this location,
Tire changes, and also some more in depth repairs if they are qualified to do those. Need to be computer literate as they will be required to use computer based diagnostic software.
