Chemist
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to develop innovative ink jet ink formulations.
- Validate design using shelf stability studies, application testing, and chemical analyses.
- Report regularly to the project lead and wider team on project activities.
- Proactively suggest technical ideas for the optimization of ink formulations.
- Support qualification of new inks in companie’s printer platforms.
- Ensure projects are successfully completed on time per companies Tollgate process.
Education:
- S. degree in chemistry, material science, ink/ coating / adhesive science, or closely related field.
- An advanced technical degree is preferred.
Prior Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on industrial experience in inks, coatings, adhesives or other chemical formulations.
- Previously demonstrated success in developing new products, implementing new processes, or sustaining chemical product lines.
- Proven ability to work with complex machines and/ or industrial equipment.
