Customer Service Associate

We are currently looking for a 1st shift Customer Service Associate to join our team in Wood Dale.  Our company is a large ink machine/cartridge manufacturer and distributor for custom label printing machines. Pay is $20-$25p/hour and this will be a long term role. This candidate will be able to work remote, but if they choose they can work from the HQ in Wood Dale as well. This role can interview and start as soon as possible.

Shift: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. Working remote or in the office. If in the office, you are required to follow Covid protocals. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• 3-4 years of experience working as a customer service representative over the phone.
• Comfortable and capable to work remote at home whlie meeting daily goals and numbers.
• Able to make or answer up to 60 calls per day while following up and sending 30 to 40 emails as well.
• We would prefer that the individual has experience working for a manufacturing or distribution company so they understand strict deadlines and have product/process knowledge.
• Must be metrics driven and be able to pro-actively fix or solve an issue presented to them.
• Work hand in hand and communicate with direct manager.
