Project Manager - Expeditor

We are currently looking for a 1st shift Customer Service Associate to join our team in Wood Dale.  Our company is a large ink machine/cartridge manufacturer and distributor for custom label printing machines. Pay is $35p/hour depending on experience and this will be a long term role. This candidate will be required to work on site and greet and support the Wood Dale HQ's. This role can interview and start as soon as possible.

Shift: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. Working out of the office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Position can be remote
• Person needs to be able to have the social skills to work with suppliers to update PO’s ( Pleasant is great ,  abrasive is bad) 
• If they have every operated in Oracle that would be a major Plus
• Persistent
• This person is going to track down and get answers or past due PO’s .  Eventually they will also be confirming PO’s. 
• This is a new role and should be in operations but with the disruptions in global supply chain we need better visibility.
