Engineering Program Manager

The role of Program Manager will support existing team of OOPP Program Engineers, who are reviewing and developing reverse engineered parts for the addition to DALs manual and stock systems. The OOPP Program Manager will further develop the parts tracker database, expand on calculation of cost savings/cost avoidance, project TAT, and support a parts prioritization and pipeline with the engineers for optimized project flow. This role will support department and divisional goals for cost saving while a long-term support team structure is developed

Responsibilities:

Review of approved engineering packages for materials incorporation. Review of order history for cost savings analysis and forecasting vs actual. Creation and Maintaining a Monthly Performance review deck for discussion as well as potential for quarterly/annual financial reporting. Coordination with OOPP suppliers for bid form distributions and other business level interactions.
