HR Generalist

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for an opportunity in Park City and Wellington, Kansas.

Position Description

• This will be a full-time temporary assignment through January 2022
• Looking for mid-career level for daily HR and project management activity
• Will be providing support for both Park City and Wellington
• Will be based in Park City initially, with occasional travel to Wellington, then full-time in Wellington for January

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implements Human Resources programs, policies, practices and processes. Partners with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs, objectives and creates strategic direction of HR products and services.
• Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Consults with management on staff selection.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines such as benefits, compensation, diversity, development, employment practices, employee relations, HRIS, organization development, and staffing.
• Knowledge of company HR policies and procedures and how they relate to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
