Assembly Technician 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Assembly Technicians with experience performing assembly work on commercial aircraft for an opportunity in Cottonwood Falls, KS.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assembly techs will fabricate, modifiy, or repair mechanical assemblies, applying knowledge of mechanics according to assembly blueprints, manuals and engineering memos.

• Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures.
• Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components.  

Qualifications and requirements:

• 3+ years of assembly experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulation/Export Administration Regulations (ITARE/EAR) clearance is required.

• Must have structural riveting, sealing and wiring experience.

• Must be flexible and able to work independently.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
