Design Engineer

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Design Engineers for an opportunity in Plymouth, MI.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Design Engineer will design and detail using SolidWorks and GD&T for applications such as test machines, OEM machining, conveyor systems, robotic cell integration, as well as perform analysis of mechanical systems.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience 
• 2 years of experience  in mechanical design utilizing SolidWorks required
• Must have experience dimensioning and tolerancing
• Solid PC skill proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven team player and the ability to communicate effectively and  professionally with customers, upper management, and staff
