ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to maintain, support, and deliver to key LAUNCH TEAMS clients and accounts. This role is a tactical liaison between our customer and the LAUNCH TEAMS group. This person will work closely with our Sales and Recruiting departments to ensure smooth day to day operations and delivery of LAUNCH’s products. If you have previous experience with data entry or analytics, or providing administrative support for a sales team, this could be the role for you!
Overview of Responsibilities
- Act as the tactical support person on behalf of LAUNCH TEAMS
- Communicates and coordinates with LAUNCH TEAMS Operations Manager, TEAMS ARMs, TEAMS Leadership to help coordinate, manage, and retain LAUNCH Teams contractors
Client Relations aspects of the position:
- Communicate to client – Starts, Approvals, Submittals
- Manage client specific processes, paperwork, and reports
- Additional tactical and transactional responsibilities that may apply when servicing our customers
- Work in partnership with Launch Compliance team, ensuring team prioritization, candidates are cleared and have all necessary documentation to begin assignment
Contractor Relations aspects of the position:
- Administers reporting instructions
- TEAMS Qualified Initiative
- Opens and Closes Job Orders
- Facilitates safety incidents and communication
- Manages recruitment cycle (submittals, approvals, coordinates tracking, starts)
- Badge Tracking, where applicable
- Manage TEAMS Break In Service Communication client and recruiting.
- Administers employee engagement surveys.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 3+ years of experience performing business and account tasks
- 1 to 3 + years of experience in CRM/ATS systems (iCIMS preferred)
- Must be able to work independently
- Previous experience in a staffing operation and recruiting preferred
- Previous experience working in Aviation/Aerospace is preferred
- Associates degree preferred
