Business Unit Administrator - New Bonus!
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Unit Administrator for an opportunity in Addison, Illinois.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be willing to perform more than data entry for customer service.
- Reporting to the business unit manager (sales).
- The role will be split to help several areas of the office.
- Scanning (for quality), Adept (for engineering), order intake for CA’s, purchasing help, office supplies, office lunches, etc.
- It is a position that has growth potential.
- They could be groomed for such roles as Contract Administrator, Buyer, Planner – etc.
- If someone can come in and be an “all hands” office admin person and get to know the business and our processes, they could potentially move up to one of those.
- Temp to perm position, full time hours with possible overtime.
- We are looking for someone who will want to grow with the company.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Six to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Basic understanding of algebra.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
