Product Development Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Product Development Managers for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Product Development will be responsible for the product definition of all products in assigned product family and will serve as the sole point of contact of the sales manager/account manager to the business units and other contributing departments to create standard proposals and then customize as necessary.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- Understanding and experience with major airline processes is preferred.
- Perform a variety MRO product development and proposal contruction for new business utilizing technical knowledge of engines, airframe and components on commerical platforms.
- Analyzies and developes strategies to introduce new business opportunties for the MRO while working to improve competitiveness on existing aircraft / engine platforms.
- Must be well versed in understanding and interprepting technical and financial documents to provide MRO offerings.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
