Performs such functions as listed below and additional responsibilities as required. Daily tasks include operating industrial powered lifting equipment, rigging, loading and unloading high-value equipment in a safe manner, custodial duties, painting, making small insulation repairs, lubricating process and non-process equipment, carpentry, masonry, lighting, plumbing repairs and drain cleanouts, and preventive maintenance inspections on buildings, grounds, and utility equipment. Enter maintenance data into the plant maintenance SAP system using computer terminals Communicate with work requestors and maintenance management.   Must be able to speak, read and write in English Have excellent reasoning skills and follow instructions Have basic mathematical skills. Have good communication skills. Must meet the essential physical functions required to perform assigned duties.
