Business Operations Staff Analyst
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Communications Assistant for an opportunity in Moses Lake, WA.
- Summarize and review documentation and develop informational or technical materials, gather requirements for projects, develop and maintain the project schedule, and monitor and track execution of the plan.
- Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- Provides logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
- Work across multiple sites and organizations to develop and manage organizations operations, meeting structure, website presence, and data architecture.
- Manages server structure and access, distribution lists, office supplies and organization charts.
- Assist with travel arrangements and processing of travel and expense reports
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience developing and refining executive level presentations
- Experience compiling, analyzing, and creating metrics from multiple sources
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with cross-functional or multi-site teams
- 5+ years of experience in constructing/building and providing presentation materials as needed for assigned projects.

- Experience with Project Management
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Experience preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, taking actions, and following up action items to closure
