Business Operations Staff Analyst

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Communications Assistant for an opportunity in Moses Lake, WA.

 

  • Summarize and review documentation and develop informational or technical materials, gather requirements for projects, develop and maintain the project schedule, and monitor and track execution of the plan. 
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials.
  • Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Provides logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Work across multiple sites and organizations to develop and manage organizations operations, meeting structure, website presence, and data architecture.
  • Manages server structure and access, distribution lists, office supplies and organization charts.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and processing of travel and expense reports 

Skills:
 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience developing and refining executive level presentations
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and creating metrics from multiple sources
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with cross-functional or multi-site teams 
  • 5+ years of experience in constructing/building and providing presentation materials as needed for assigned projects.
  • Treats changes and new situations as opportunities for learning or growth.
  • Readily tries new approaches appropriate for new or changed situations; does not persist with ineffective behaviors. 
  • Creates relevant options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Takes action when confronted with routine problems or situations.
  • Takes action that goes beyond job requirements in order to achieve objectives.
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Strong Presentation Skills
  • Experience preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, taking actions, and following up action items to closure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
