Machine Operator Setup

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking CNC Machine Operators for an opportunity in McAllen, Texas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load/unload parts on CNC machines to support maximum spindle utilization time.
• Inspect and monitor parts as they are completed on the machine.
• Detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
• Deburr and blend all machined parts.
• Perform daily maintenance on machines including maintaining fluid levels, emptying chips, wiping down machine to remove coolant, dust, and debris.
• Maintain an organized clean and safe work environment.
• Effectively communicate appropriate information during shift change.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. International Traffic in Arms Regulation/Export Administration Regulations (ITAR/EAR) clearance is required.
• 4+ years of applicable machining experience or combination of experience and machine trade school.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
