This position represents LAUNCH internally and externally in a positive and professional manner. The Recruiting and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the administrative tasks to support all LAUNCH Recruiting teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with social media for LAUNCH (facebook, linkedIn, twitter, Instagram) by continuing to build and enteronline communities related to mechanic and contractor groups, engage and grow followers, and channel dialogue.
• Ensure jobs are posted, removed, and audited on iCIMS, LAUNCH Website, ZipRecruiter, JS Firm, Careerbuilder, and Indeed, working closely with the Marketing Specialist as needed and for backup coverage.
• Build and distribute Constant Contact email campaigns for all divisions, working closely with the Marketing Specialist for template creation. Learn best practices and follow guidelines regarding ways to prevent spam and junk mail.
• Serve as the LAUNCH Company Administrator for iCIMS, ZipRecruiter, JS Firm, Careerbuilder, TextRecruit and Indeed.
• Train employees on our recruitment tools.
• Administer strategic Text Campaigns for recruiters across all divisions through the TextRecruit platform.
• Create and update daily Powerpoint presentation for scheduled Aviation meetings.
• Continuously research and collect competitor and client data.
• Complete any projects tasked by Recruiting Leadership.
• Assist in the spearheading the contractor employee engagement and performance review process.

• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong marketing content writing skills for generating recruiting messaging
• Ability to work with an ethnically and culturally diverse population.
• Self-starter who can drive accomplishments, with strong organizational skills
• Strong ability to build rapport for both internal staff and clients / customers.
• Ability to maintain high-quality work and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adhere to LAUNCH’s Mission and Values.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be 21 years of age
2. Must be able to work independently
3. Associates degree preferred in Marketing or Social Media
