As a Service Manager you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team, and keep your customers happy. Regular duties include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing of vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair to tractors, trucks, and trailers.
Strong communication and computer skills required. Our Service Managers will be involved in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of vehicle maintenance technicians to ensure that our highly skilled workforce is able to meet customer expectations.

Skills Needed:
5 years diesel mechanic experience with experience overseeing technicians
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in MS Excel
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates the ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
• Strong customer service skills Nice to Have:
Strong math skills with the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required, CDL preferred
