Duties and Responsibilities

Safety and Security Aid

The Safety and Security Aid shall report to the EHS Coordinator. He / she shall have the responsibility and the authority for the following:

1. Ensuring only Authorized individuals enter the AOA Area, this includes making sure individuals under escort are following the proper escort procedures.

1. Challenging anyone in the AOA or in an AerSale facility to ensure they have proper credentials.

1. Ensuring employees are following safety and security procedures and directives.

1. Reporting any unsafe act or unsafe condition immediately to the EHS Coordinator and AerSale Management.

1. Must be able to obtain an AOA badge from the Airport.

1. Assist with planning and implementation of Safety and Security policies and procedures. Includes posting bulletins directives etc. by the time clock, or around the facilities.  

1. Issue tickets as required for violations of company policies.

Perform additional duties as requested by his / her immediate supervisor or other Management personnel.
