Production Control Clerk

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Production Control Clerks to provide administrative support for production in an aircraft repair station for an opportunity in Goodyear, AZ.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Ensure all paper work is accurate, legible, and accounted for at all times

  • Maintain accurate and complete tallies (records) for all routine and non-routine work cards.
  • Enter all job cards in to the computer
  • Ensure time on/off are accurate following the computer bar code procedure
  • Conduct periodic audits and informing supervisor problems.
  • Review each job cards for completeness of signature, stamps, and accuracy of data.
  • Ensure work cards are closed in the system and in the tally.
  • Assist in the organization, maintenance, clean of the production control center
  • Provide accurate project status reports to managers, as requested.
  • Assist all closed items, with tally, are routed to aircraft records as soon as possible after closure.
  • Interfacing with Aircraft records prior to an aircraft departure to assure accounting of all paper work.
  • Ensure only authorized personnel are permitted in the production control center.
  • Work closely with managers, leads, quality control, planning, part expediters, mechanics, and customers.
  • Support department with correspondence and filing

Qualifications and requirements:

Must have High School Degree. Some college

 

1 to 2 years of related experience, preferably in administrative assistant role.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality
  • Proficient with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Constantly moving around. Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Must have good attitude; be ethical, reliable, outgoing and honest.
  • Pass background check, drug test, typing test(35-40 wpm).
