ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Delta Customer Liaison:
• Work closely with Delta PFE location managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition to qualify and secure job requirements.
• Provide site level managers daily, weekly, or monthly PFE progress reports and fulfillment updates.
• Partner with Delta Air Lines site managers to implement the PFE Program and new worksite locations.
• Ensure LAUNCH is immediately notified of job openings and potential PFE opportunities.
• Audit open orders to ensure all open PFE job requirements are open in iCIMS.
• Manages, coordinates, and communicates potential PFE candidates through the entire LAUNCH/AMS recruitment process.
• Communicates any challenges to the appropriate Delta managers while working towards a resolution.
• Attend and participate in quarterly reviews.
AgileOne/AMS Responsibilities
• Accountable for ensuring all PFE Job Orders are opened, closed, and communicated in a timely manner.
• Accountable for driving job order requirement generation through AgileOne while ensuring job orders are built properly in iCIMS.
• Accountable for communicating, facilitating, and managing PFE candidates through the AgileOne Recruitment cycle which includes submissions, coordination of
BMAR testing, capturing BMAR results, scheduling candidate interviews through the CHE events (Centralized Hiring Events), to coordinating job offers, through
reporting instructions (LMS/badging/fingerprinting, etc.).
• Accountable for ensuring pay rates and bill rates are accurate on the weekly start report.
• Communicating candidate acceptance and withdrawals (no longer interested in the opportunity, failed compliance, declined job offer, etc. to Delta site level
managers.
• Accountable for all client reporting (AMS/AgileOne/Delta).
• Addresses all matters in the recruitment cycle with LAUNCH, AMS, AgileOne, and/or Delta Air Lines.
A&P Schools/Pipeline Development:
• Manage existing PFE schools and targeting new prospects to feed the program with A&P students.
• Accountable for driving placements from targeted A&P schools across the country, through the recruitment organization.
• Attend PAC Board Meetings and Job Fairs, when necessary.
• Expected to represent LAUNCH at targeted schools job fairs, board meetings, workshops, etc.
• Host teach backs and presentations to admissions advisors, counselors, students, facilitators, etc. educating them on the PFE program.
• Tracks and reports on A&P school performance through the Source in the candidate iCIMS profile.
Recruiting and Additional Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Accountable for driving starts and achieving PFE budget goals.
• Host internal PFE meetings and teach backs to educate the recruiters on the program or when there are PFE process changes.
• Provides PFE job order priorities and allocation to the Delta Recruiting Operations Manager.
• Maintain a list of all candidates tied to the PFE program (hired, tracking, pipeline, etc.).
• Serve as the LAUNCH focal for onsite technicians, recruiting team, sales team, compliance, and payroll.
• Serves as either a primary or secondary SIDA signatory at select outstation locations.
• Assists compliance with badge audits, reporting, and other documents as needed.
• Maintain metrics and reporting on behalf of the PFE program (submittals, offers, starts, terminations, conversions, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Self-starter who can drive accomplishments, with strong organizational skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with both internal staff and clients / customers
• Strong influencing and reasoning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to travel weekly and as often as needed (60%)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills
• Meticulous approach to work with an eye for detail
• Ability to maintain high-quality work and meet strict deadlines
• Strong technical skills; proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to adhere to LAUNCH’s Mission and Values

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum 3 years of account management
• Previous experience supporting the Delta JV
• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
