FAA Assembly & Test Technician - Level 1
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking FAA Assembly & Test Technician - Level 1 for an opportunity in Tempe, AZ
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications
• Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
• Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary
• Relies on instructions & pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Works under immediate supervision
• Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30LBs without significant repetitions.
- Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated.
- Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results.
- Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
•Must Haves: High School Diploma or GED
- Safety toe shoes required
