Line Operator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Shot Peen Operator for an opportunity in Everett, WA.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
- Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
- Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
- Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
- Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
- Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
- Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
Qualifications & Requirements:- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 1 plus years of experience in chemical processing
- Blueprint reading preferred.
- Familiar with precision tools.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
