Material Handler

We are currently looking to hire full time material handler for an opportunity in Franklin Park, IL.

Shift:  Monday to Friday 6am-3pm.

Starting Pay:  $17-19/hr DOE. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and reach truck.  
• Pick orders and maintain inventory stock levels.
• Maintain warehouse in clean, safe and organized manner.
• Read bills of material, pull stock and adjust quantities in business system.
• Assist in inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory within business system.
• Kit specified material and deliver to production floor in a timely manner.
• Check incoming material to ensure accuracy with purchase order.
• Assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Email communication.
• Manage the accurate processing of all returns.
• Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications                                      

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English.
• Forklift experience REQUIRED - narrow aisle reach truck experience a huge plus.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
