Customer Center Attendants
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking full time and on-call Customer Center Attendants for an opportunity in Melbourne, Florida
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Center Attendant is responsible for the meal service presentation provided at Embraer’s Global Customer Center and for events supported by the Concierge team. This Employee is expected to be respectful, discreet, friendly, and very organized.
The Customer Center Attendant’s position requires pro-activity, orientation to detail, attention to social queues, and good people skills that helps them anticipate the Customer needs and provide them with a great Experience.
- It is not a restaurant environment. There are no tips.
- Duties are similar to serving at a private event.
- Candidate must enjoy hospitality and dealing with people.
- Experienced in serving.
- Fine dining experience is preferred but will consider candidates with a good background from a restaurant chain that has a strong training program.
- Great communication skills and personal presentation.
- Friendly.
- This job is for someone who wants a change from the restaurant scene and can still use their skills to provide a great experience in a VIP environment.
- The only difference between the full-time and the on-call positions is the schedule and the rate, but the work is the same.
- Ideal candidate for the on-call positions are people that are either: students, work flexible restaurant shifts, or people who have flexible jobs (like realtor and so on).
Qualifications and requirements:
- High School Degree completed.
- Valid Food Handling Certificates (or similar) are required.
- Restaurant or Hospitality related certificates preferred, or similar work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in the restaurant and/or hospitality industry.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- International/Intercultural experience preferred.
- Ability to calmly work under pressure while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Ability to be detail-oriented and resourceful in a customer focused environment.
- Ability to anticipate Customers and guests needs.
- Bilingual language skills preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
- Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor to support business needs.
- Formal and Business Casual attire required; uniform would be provided.
- Availability for both traditional and nontraditional business hours.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
