Sales Coordinator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sales Coordinator for a contract to direct full-time hire opportunity in Albany, Georgia.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator creates Quotations, Orders, and Invoices. They review and accept Purchase Orders on behalf of the customer. They provide customer updates regarding lead times and manage an Open Order report with the Warehouse and Planning teams.
Pay: $50-60K/year DOE
Qualifications and requirements:
Must have:
1. Sales experience
2. Account management experience
3. Basic accounting skills
4. Email etiquette and best practices
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
6. SAP experience
7. Customer Service experience
8. Ability to read and type Spanish using translation software
9. Understanding of aviation terms and parts
