Customer Service Rep
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Customer Service Rep for an opportunity in Marana, AZ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information.
- Checking and entering data.
- Photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Generate reports & other documents.
- Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
- Proficient in use of email and internet
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Preferred minimum 1 year office experience
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
