Customer Service Representative

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Buyer for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of assigned accounts.

  • Managing assigned customer Accounts – to include all quoting functions within ERP system.
  • Effectively report program status through Program Reviews, Weekly Status Reports, and maintenance of appropriate daily metrics to ensure progress is being accomplished toward accounts objectives.
  • Participation in operational meetings with internal and external customers and other business units.
  • Ensure that all commitments with customers are kept confidential.
  • Identify and anticipate potential issues that may affect the profitability of the accounts. Lead and define action plan together with a cross-functional team to resolve the issues.
  • Daily monitoring of assigned accounts.
  • Monitor cost, including but not limited to: Parts, labor, Exchanges, Outsource, BER, O&A, etc.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Communicate between key clients and internal department Director, Manager and Lead.
  • Working with sales team, logistics, managers, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of services and all client needs met.
    Works as a liaison between the customer and the repair management to constantly improve customer satisfaction and company performances.
  • Collaborating within team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling functions.
  • Researching, Planning, and presenting reports on the account performance and quarterly initiatives to share with Internal Team Members.
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Consistently analyzing client data to ensure GTA’s and Contractual agreements are followed
  • Expanding relationships with clients.
  • Maintaining profit margin measures within assigned accounts.
  • Suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.

Qualifications and requirements: 

  • Works well within team environment
  • Ability to lead special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • 2-5 years of experience in the aviation MRO industry, key account management, customer support or of 5 years in MRO support related position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills, with excellent written and oral communication.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have above average computer, data, and sales analysis skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Quantum ERP a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Be available to travel if required
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
